You may be wondering what those buttons under people's names are...the ones that say Exalt and Smite. 
I have enabled a karma feature on the board sooooo...if you really like what someone says or you just like them or they brought something cool to the board, push exalt and it will give them karma points. If someone pisses you off or you think they're wrong or rude or whatever, push smite and it removes a point. I'll give everyone a point just for signing up cuz I love you guys! 
We'll have to think of how to reward the person with the most karma each month or quarter or something. Any ideas? ;D
